We are now a week away from our first beach session. For the month of May we will be running 2 sessions the same as in the pool.
7-9 year olds will be 6pm 7pm
10-13 year olds will be 7pm 8pm
These sessions will be dry based and you will need to have warm clothes and trainers. We will be running on the prom which is why you need your trainers. We will also be sat around and you can get cold if there is a wind.
Training during May will include
1k run practice / Beach flags / Beach sprints / Beach relay / Signals / recovery position / basic first aid / beach safety / patient recognition.
Please note that the new building is not completed so if it is raining when you go to leave home don’t as the session will not be running. We will try to put advance notification of cancellation on the website if we can.
