Winter pool training sessions are back on after the half term school break. Visit the link  “Training” for times & locations.

Sunday 15:00 - 16:00 Senior/Masters Southbourne Club Hut.

This is dry fitness training so bring running stuff and a smile everyone.

Members Over 16  & Parents welcome.

It will be structured to the abilities of the participants individually, so from easy to hard.
